看起来像是你的webhook配置问题

你可以先用curl命令确认下webhook可用性

然后在仓库的设置中配置
FEISHU_BOT_WEBHOOK 和
FEISHU_BOT_SIGNKEY ,

Setting -> Secrets and variables -> Actions -> New Repository secrets.
