Following the instructions in the PreprocessingMRI.md file, I got the brainmask_align.nii.gz file of IXI dataset like this:
The brain is moved to boundary and even some part of it is out of boundary. I'm not sure if this is expected.
Besides, the image origin seems not to be transformed to talairache space. I'm new to freesurfer. Do I need to change the origin of the raw image to some specific value before I using freesurfer?
