### Notes

* Governance & Executive Council Operations
* Updates to the Foundation Governing Board: Decided against designating a single spokesperson to report to the governing board. Naomi will contact the full Executive Council directly via email for status updates and deliverables.
* It was noted low engagement with the current GitHub issue submission process.
* Financial Planning & Budgets
* Project Budget designated as an untouched emergency reserve.
* Foundation Allocation: Primary working budget for operational planning (subject to annual renewal).
* Approved 2025/2026 funds cover security contractor fees, Distinguished Contributor Awards, and a workshop (some disbursements pending).
* Naomi will create a unified dashboard combining both funding sources once 2026 YTD figures arrive.
