Resource not accessible by integration

Since 3 days I get the following error, for all actions that runs in a pullrequest from another branch and not a fork: Error: HttpError: Resource not accessible by integration

Its starting to look like Github changed their APIs... quite possibly broke it. I’ve opened various support tickets for the poor workflow / annotation API and I know some users of this Action have to. The API is still beta and unstable. It might have been fixed for the better, or possibly its now completely broken. Lets hope Github addresses the issue soon. Feel free to file an issue with Github as well!

Maby you could try to update the GitHub specific dependencies.
