👋 You should be able to use I think you can also control directly the on/off status of DHW with heishamon-homeassistant/custom_components/aquarea/water_heater.py Lines 188 to 206 in c31f23b That being said I don't see a on/off button on the waterheater entity card, let me have a look. |

Ok, it seems you can call the action |

I compared your integration code with the alepee/hass-hitachi_yutaki integration (there the "Off" mode is available in the UI for water heater entity). I see that you need to add "off" to _attr_operation_list and then the “Off” mode should appear in the Home Assistant UI for this water heater entity. However, you would need to test whether your integration will still work properly. |

Good info, thanks. I've implemented this in #309 |

I have updated the integration to version 1.19.0 and can confirm that the changes you introduced are working correctly. Thank you for implementing the updates to the integration so quickly :) |

Hi @kamaradclimber , hank you for your great work on the integration. Would it be possible to add an "Off" operation mode to the water heater entity, working in the same way as the "Off" operation mode for the climate entities of zone 1 and zone 2? This would make it easier to handle DHW in automations in a consistent way with the heating zones.
