Unique constraint violation found

I get this error (Unique constraint violation found) while saving the category after I have set the rules. Magento ver 2.3.6

I use the Price Attribute and according to my Magento configurations, the scope of the Price Attribute is set to the website level.
if you change the scope on the category page from default to another website and then set the rules you will encounter this issue.
