Add more examples in documentation for usage with docker

Jabfinder uses embedded level db to maintain the notifications already sent to avoid duplication. When running in the docker, the data folder can be mounted on to local (host) machine so that the sate is maintained over multiple runs.

These examples and command snippets to be added to the docs.
