The Windows build embeds the unmodified official
scrcpy-win64-v4.0.zip archive. Its SHA-256 is:

FFmpeg and libusb are dynamically linked. The FFmpeg build used by the
official scrcpy archive does not enable GPL-only options. Its complete configure
arguments, dependency versions and Windows cross-build commands are preserved
in the scrcpy 4.0 corresponding source archive under app/deps/ffmpeg.sh and
release/build_windows.sh.
The macOS and Linux x64 packages include the official static scrcpy 4.0 archive,
including scrcpy, scrcpy-server and adb. The build verifies each asset:

The Windows Setup.exe packages are produced with Inno Setup 6.7.3. The
installer engine is Copyright (C) 1997-2026 Jordan Russell and portions are

it is not part of the application runtime. The upstream project requests that
commercial users of its compiler purchase a commercial license; downstream
commercial builders should review that policy before producing installers.
