show which roasts are still missing their manual assessments #21

Description

@kendrick

What to build

Somewhere in Home Assistant that lists the roasts whose observed roast level or cup quality is still empty, plus some nudge to go and fill them.

A field with nothing prompting it stays empty forever. The roast-log schema states the requirement and leaves the mechanism open: a card listing outstanding roasts is the cheap version, a notification some days after the roast is the thorough one, and either satisfies it.

The reason this earns a ticket rather than a note: Phase 3's validation needs at least 20 non-empty observed roast levels before its agreement number means anything, and those accumulate one roast at a time starting now. Assessments skipped in Phase 0 are not recoverable later, because the beans are gone.

Acceptance criteria

  • A surface in HA lists roasts with an empty observed roast level or cup quality
  • The list clears itself as values get filled in, with no manual bookkeeping
  • Something prompts you rather than relying on you remembering to look
  • It handles the normal case where roast level is filled days before cup quality
