empty image / svg

Thanks for your great tool.

I have a question about the background image in this PDF (the lines of the table). The extracted svg is of this pdf is quite empty. It only contains this:

<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"><clipPath id="p1_s1"/></svg>

Would there be a way to get the complete image containing these lines? Either as svg or as bitmap?
