The blocking states allow to create more control and can be exposed at the ACCOUNT, BUNDLE or SUBSCRIPTION level. For instance here is the SUBSCRIPTION API.
For the write path, we can have a button on the account/bundle/subscription page. On clicking the button, we can show the following UI:
For the read path, the blocking states should be displayed on the Account Timeline screen (these are already being returned by the Get Account Timeline API). We will also need a new filter for the blocking states. See screenshot below:
We will also need to add the option "NONE" to the other filters (Bundle, Payment, Subscription, Billing) for the sake of consistency.
