Is there a way to pass --all-resources to to the docker compose run?

Hi,
Is there a way to pass --all-resources for a compose file like in the docker-compose docs or have some other way to create resources that are not referenced by a service?
I want to have a compose file that declares some objects shared by several differenr compose stacks, which then are marked as external in the compose files that use those resources.
I searched the doco-cd docs, issues and discussions but found nothing thus far.

This is not yet possible unfortunately. You would need to create a small dummy service that uses these resources in the same project. The service would not need to run, it just needs to exist.
