COMMERCIAL PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSE

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. THIS SOFTWARE IS A COMMERCIAL, PROPRIETARY PRODUCT AND IS NOT OPEN SOURCE OR FREE SOFTWARE.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the applicable commercial license fees, Kuldeep Poonia ("Licensor") grants to the authorized purchaser/licensee ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to deploy and use the Social Publishing & Analytics MCP Server software ("Software") strictly within Licensee's organization or designated infrastructure.
2. RESTRICTIONS
Except as expressly authorized under a written commercial contract with Licensor, Licensee and any third parties shall NOT:
a) Copy, distribute, publish, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software or any portion thereof;
b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code or architectural designs from the Software;
c) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software;
d) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or copyright markings on or within the Software;
e) Offer the Software as a shared, public, or multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) to third parties without an Enterprise Commercial License.
3. OWNERSHIP
Licensor retains all right, title, and interest (including all intellectual property, copyright, trade secret, and patent rights) in and to the Software, its source code, architecture, schemas, and documentation. No title to or ownership of the Software is transferred to Licensee.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
