feat: Langfuse Operator for deeper integration with Kubernetes and GitOps

Hi

If we can have langfuse operator which will be used for dynamic configuration with the help of CRDs. Also give ability to do multi-tenancy (organizations) with GitOps at namespace level and self service, eg project keys, user management...

Use cases

Manage langfuse instances via GitOps, with better integration with cloud native tools. Ability to create organizations, projects via kubernetes CRDS for better self service integration (backstage).

Hey @thatmlopsguy ,
I think at this point, we have no plans to build a Langfuse Operator as this would make management of the underlying infra (e.g. Postgres, S3, ClickHouse, redis) even more complicated. In #347 we're exploring a bigger upgrade to the sub-charts, but would stick to helm for now.

I'll keep this issue open to gauge interest across the community in this, so please feel free to react with 👍 if this seems useful.
