What changed

Initial submission of the DualTran plugin — a translation tool:

• DualTran Translate tool — translate text in workflows with Google (free; no account or key needed), your own AI model (BYOK: any OpenAI-compatible /chat/completions endpoint) or DeepL.
• The engine is chosen per plugin authorization; credential validation performs one cheap real request (provider ping) so a bad key is caught at setup time.
• Outputs: a text message with the translation plus a JSON message { "translation", "provider", "target_lang" }.
• Privacy: no analytics, no developer server. Text goes only to the translation service the user selected, at the moment of translation. PRIVACY.md included in the package.
