Reporting Unit Class assignments to Entity don't exists

I could not find any UI that showed how to attach a Reporting Unit Class to the entity.

I suspect that in previous versions "Department" might have been assigned to employee in the HR module.

Options:

1. Change the name of the "Entity" checkbox in Reporting Units to "Employee". Add this reporting unit to the HR -> Employees -> Add employee screen. I cannot really see a use case for assigning Reporting Units to entities. That is just too high a level when this can be tracked at the AR/AP level.

2. Just delete the "Entity" checkbox from the Reporting Units screen.
