microsoft black listed xbox companion app microsoft store and app installer, now u need to install it with powershell command, you might need to turn on installing from any source in developer settings
Add-AppxPackage -Path "C:\Users\EXAMPLE\Desktop\XCA Bypass\Microsoft.XboxApp_48.54.25001.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe.AppxBundle"

After insatalling just launch Companion app using my app and it works.
