- Added GRUB-based ISO boot flow with desktop and text-safe boot options.
- Added VBE framebuffer graphics support.
- Added a simple desktop shell with wallpaper, taskbar, start menu, icons, and movable windows.
- Added basic GUI apps: Terminal, Files, Settings, System, About, Editor, and Task Manager.
- Added PS/2 mouse support and keyboard cursor controls.
- Added a graphical Terminal with command output capture and scrollback.
- Added a full-screen terminal mode using term, with desktop returning to the GUI.
- Added a basic VFS/RAM filesystem with file commands and desktop file listing.
- Added hardware/debug command modules.
- Cleaned project structure for open-source release with .gitignore and source-only tree.
