docs(readme): trim masthead to logo, title, and shields.io status matrix

Drop the centered positioning statement beneath the title — the intro
paragraph already states the SDK's scope (listings, reviews, posts,
analytics), so the subtitle was duplicative. Header now reads
logo → title → badge row against a transparent, theme-adaptive brand mark.
