Built-in Editor for SneakyCapes?

It might be an idea to have a built in editor for sneakycapes. Maybe something like a "Add cape to skin" button.

What about a simple page (hosted via Github Pages or Cloudflare Pages) that is simply the editor, or link to the editor directly. I think this is already implemented.
