`toolsSplit.destroy` to preserve or explicitly set `#tools-pane` height after
the split is disabled, and stop or guard the style observer and resize methods
so they do not call the destroyed `toolsSplit` instance.

Reviewed changes
- New
consoledisplay mode — added tovalidate-config.tsand the SDKAppConfig.modeunion;showModemaps it to111, toggles aconsole-modebody class and creates the top-level split. - Console defaults —
configureConsoleModeforcestools.enabled=['console'],active='console',status='full';mode: 'console'is now treated as an embed. - Non-interactive tools pane —
tools.tsearly-returns from the console title'sclick/dblclick/touchstartand the windowresizehandler, and destroys the tools split at the end ofload(). - Styling —
.console-modejoins simple mode's shared hide-list and adds toolbar/console-bar overrides.
ℹ️ Console display mode isn't documented
docs/docs/features/display-modes.mdx lists every other mode but has no console section, and the console mode is reachable via ?mode=console/config, so this ships as an undocumented user-facing mode. Worth a short section (and regenerating llms-full.txt).
Technical details
# Document the new console display mode
## Affected sites
- `docs/docs/features/display-modes.mdx` — no `## console` section (contrast `## simple`, `## focus`).
- `build/docs/llms-full.txt` — generated list of features; regenerate.
## Required outcome
- Users can discover `mode: 'console'` and what it shows (editors + console, no result pane).ℹ️ Console mode renders the console output-only
Because .console-mode reuses simple mode's shared hide-list, #console-input is hidden, so the console has no REPL prompt (the editor is still created and then hidden by CSS, console.ts:412). This mirrors simple mode's pre-existing output-only console, so it may be intentional — but since this is a dedicated console mode, please confirm which behavior you want. If input is intended, scope the #console-input hide to .simple-mode only.
Technical details
# Confirm intended interactivity of console mode
## Affected sites
- `src/livecodes/styles/app.scss:1796-1808` — `.console-mode` inherits `#console-input { display: none !important; }`.
- `src/livecodes/toolspane/console.ts:409-417` — `load()` still builds the interactive console editor for `mode: 'console'`.
## Required outcome
- Decide whether `console` mode is interactive (like `focus` mode's console) or read-only (like `simple` mode).
- If interactive, move/override the `#console-input` rule so it only applies to `.simple-mode`.deepseek-v4.1-flash (free via Pullfrog for OSS) | 𝕏

@pullfrog remove console input (similar to simple mode) and mention in docs that this mode can be useful for wasm-based languages. Use a wasm language in the docs demo. |

Fixed the spurious OCaml deprecation warning in PR #1072. Root cause: The OCaml spec is registered under its canonical name Fix: Added a Verification: Task list (5/5 completed)
|
The OCaml spec is registered under its canonical name `ocaml`, which its own deprecation predicate matches. Because `getLanguageByAlias` logged the warning on every resolution, internal enumeration (language menus, compiler list, starter templates) triggered the OCaml deprecation warning at startup even when OCaml was not used. Add an opt-out to `getLanguageByAlias` and use it in the enumerating helpers (`languageIsEnabled`, `getStarterTemplates`). Genuine use (config, URL params, language selection) still warns.
