`SimulationRun.JobMetrics.Turn.entities`: each key-entity saying in the turn, with what the listener heard and whether it was recognized.
`SimulationRun.JobMetrics.Turn.item_id`: the agent's chat item id for the turn's first message, so a turn can link to its place in the stored transcript.
