chore(version): 3.1.0.1 → 3.1.0.2 — Jina two-profile metadata parser

Patch bump for the source-kind-aware Jina parser (#78): structured vs
opengraph profiles + fuzzy routing so academic sources keep their date +
publisher. Tagged v3.1.0.2. Reaches augment.didi.sh on the next redeploy.
