chore(version): 3.1.0.0 → 3.1.0.1 — corpora-builder curator patch

Patch bump for two operator-reported curator bug fixes: comma-separated tag
entries split into separate tags (#76), and Fetch full content stops
clobbering operator metadata (#77). Both land on augment.didi.sh at the next
redeploy. Tagged v3.1.0.1.
