progress(issues, person-merge): the two Peter Lipsetts become one — non-destructive, ratings win over machine defaults

Operator-directed merge of the person dupe the donorstrust org merge
surfaced. Keeper: the gatsby-events row (email, first_name/surname/
full_name, richer links + corpus, earlier provenance). Folded in from the
FreedomFest-CSV row: one new link, linkedin_profile_url stamped on the
keeper (future dedupe keying), all three observations re-homed including
the speaker_at event tie, and the affiliation edge fields merged — the
operator-rated kind "Vice President" + relevance "relevant" replace the
person-enrichment path's machine-minted kind "primary" (which the
operator did not recognize — it was never typed by a human).

Peter Lipsett on the donorstrust card, 6 observations, 4 links, 4 corpus.
