progress(issues, schusterman): dupe funder merged — official long-form name is the keeper

Operator ruling: Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation is the
official name. schusterman-family-philanthropies (the rebrand form,
minted from the Master Pipeline Tracker record set) folded into
charles-and-lynn-schusterman-family-foundation non-destructively: 4
links + 2 streams unioned on trailing-slash-normalized URLs, rebrand
name forms preserved as aliases (resolution still finds every spelling),
merged_from observation written, dupe row deleted. Clean case — neither
row carried edges, observations, or content_items.

Disk merged in the same pass: both captures moved to the canonical
funders folder with funder_slug swapped, dupe folder retired
(reach-edu be59891).
