progress(loops): Implement-Feature-Loop → Proven-Once after its first same-day run

The loop authored this morning ran org-relations end to end — tickets
#49–#57, init 570d0b6 → ship a89cb47 — with the human gate spawning one
fix-ticket and a superseding pilot ruling, which is the gate working as
designed. proven_on recorded per the sibling loop's convention.
