take over lcurses

I've updated the lcurses package to support lua-5.4. I'm happy to more actively support it.

The current one (v9.0.0) has source here: https://github.com/lcurses/lcurses ; and the module is here: https://luarocks.org/modules/jjandresson/lcurses

Mine is at https://github.com/erikarn/lcurses w/ the rock at https://luarocks.org/modules/erikarn/lcurses .

The original creator hasn't replied to my pull requests for up to 6 years

• remove unused variable from optstringfield lcurses/lcurses#7
• add support for Lua 5.4 lcurses/lcurses#12
  The second one is "add support for Lua 5.4" with the only updates being three different people asking if it can be merged.
