Problem upgrading from 4.0.2

I was upgrading from 4.0.2 to 7.0.5MD, the media nav restarted after completing the progress bar and got stuck on this screen (image).

Just tried a few scenarios:
1 - the uiodrv.dll dll and the 7.0.5MD update file at root folder
2 - just the 7.0.5MD update file at root folder
3 - recovery patch from naviextras (
https://www.naviextras.com/shop/to/OS_warning) at root rolder
With a 4GB 2.0 USB and a 16GB 3.0 USB drive.

Any suggestions?
