🚀 Project Overview

Led a 14-year mission-critical transformation (2005-2019), governing the design, logic foundations, and go-live readiness of the EPIC Nuclear Medicine system. The project focused on translating complex clinical operations into scalable system architecture. 

🛠️ Key Technical Achievements

• System Logic Transformation: Managed the complex transition from single-visit procedures in legacy systems to multi-visit procedure structures in EPIC. 

• Workflow Governance: Governed 200+ clinical workflows, ensuring 100% alignment between system behavior and real-world nuclear medicine operations. 

• Enterprise Integration: Delivered seamless interoperability across a complex tech stack including EPIC, PACS, NMIS, SAP, and global standards HL7 and DICOM. 

• Data Integrity & Visibility: Improved operational visibility by 30-50% by redesigning reporting structures and resolving long-standing visit-based data issues. 

📈 Operational Impact

• System Adoption: Trained 200+ clinical staff members and served as the Lead Superuser to accelerate system readiness and minimize post-launch disruptions. 

• Clinical Safety: Conducted live validation under real patient loads to ensure 100% system accuracy and safety in high-risk environments.
