Use one transaction runner for combined and split committor execution, including resumed intents. Remove the separate strategy executors and stage adapters.
Preserve dev's outbox recovery: resolve pending signatures before retrying and keep confirmed commits out of follow-up retries. Callback timeouts report an error while actions continue.
Internal callers use the shared runner. Protocol and persisted formats are unchanged.
Single-stage and two-stage intent execution now use TransactionExecutor. It manages stage dispatch, pending transaction state, recovery, callback timeouts, and follow-up execution. Tests cover timeout handling and preparation and nonce-recovery failures.

Summary
Execution state and stage handling committor/src/intent_executor/strategy_executor/utils.rs
ExecutionState now stores an optional commit signature. The stage loop can return that signature when no optimized tasks remain. The previous timeout helper and stage adapters are removed.
Transaction execution and recovery committor/src/intent_executor/strategy_executor/transaction.rs, committor/src/intent_executor/strategy_executor/transaction/tests.rs
TransactionExecutor dispatches single-stage, commit, and finalize work. It handles recoverable errors, callbacks, timeouts, and cleanup. Tests cover timeout and failure paths.
Intent executor entry points now pass strategies and execution context to TransactionExecutor. The separate stage executors and flow utilities are removed. Follow-up finalization resumes through TransactionExecutor::resume_follow_up.
The PR appears mergeable with bounded follow-up: an empty follow-up produces duplicate signature records and inflated compute-unit reporting, while the previously reported test-timing and documentation concerns remain.

Explanation
Issue #1768 requires one executor for combined and split execution, including resumed follow-ups. TransactionExecutor provides new, resume_follow_up, and one execute loop. The loop preserves pending transactions, per-transaction attempts, callback timeout handling, cleanup, commit signatures, and two-stage recovery. It does not replay a confirmed commit during finalize recovery. The supplied change summary also shows focused tests for timeout, retry, failure cleanup, callbacks, and confirmed commit handling. No protocol or persisted-format change is shown.

Explanation
The changes stay within issue #1768. They replace the separate committor executors and stage adapters with TransactionExecutor, update committor callers, preserve resumed execution, and add focused executor tests. No unrelated feature or protocol or persisted-format change is shown.

Document that finalize_signature can equal commit_signature.
The new rustdoc says finalize_signature is the "Signature of the subsequent actions or undelegations." This is not always true. In TransactionExecutor::execute_current, a follow-up transaction can fail with ActionsError. If removing its actions leaves current.optimized_tasks empty, the executor returns Ok(commit_signature). No follow-up transaction is sent. ExecutionOutput::TwoStage then holds the same signature in both fields. persist_result stores that value as finalize_stage_signature. The integration test test_two_stage_action_failure_keeps_combined_commit asserts this behavior. Readers of the persisted signatures need this case documented.

TestEnv::setup() starts the 60-second deadline before this test funds the payer, initializes the account, and builds the strategy. This direct execute_strategy call does not reset it. If those steps or execution use the remaining time, the timeout path reports TimeoutError and removes the actions. The test can then fail its assertions expecting an ActionsError callback and patched error.

Replace the separate single-stage and two-stage strategy executors with
one transaction runner on dev. Route accepted intents and resumed
execution through it, and remove the stage adapters and duplicate flow
functions.
Reuse the existing outbox-aware retry loop and recovery patchers. Keep
recording signed transactions before sending, resolve pending signatures
before preparing replacements, and retain the confirmed commit signature
when advancing to a follow-up. Persisted execution states and transaction
formats remain unchanged.
Keep dev's callback timeout behavior: report the timeout once while
allowing the actions to finish. Preserve per-transaction attempt counts,
limit-error fallback to split execution, nonce recovery, callback error
reporting, and cleanup of current and follow-up resources. Avoid sending
empty follow-ups after action recovery without hiding undelegation
failures.
Adapt the existing executor tests to the current preparator and outbox
interfaces, including authorized callback destinations. Cover timeout
before preparation completes and while resolving a pending transaction
for combined execution, split commits, and resumed follow-ups. Leave the
retired integration workspace deleted.
Validation:
- make fmt
- cargo check -p magicblock-committor-service --tests
- cargo test -p magicblock-committor-service timeout_preserves_actions_and_resolves_pending_transactions -- --nocapture
(six scenarios; cargo test used because nextest is unavailable)
Closes#1768.
Share the RPC response envelope used by pending-status, blockhash, and
execution-error fixtures instead of rebuilding it at each call site.
Check the timeout callback's count and result together, and inspect the
retained action tasks directly without collecting an intermediate list.
Remove the duplicate callback-count assertion from the retry-counter test;
the timeout matrix still verifies that exactly one timeout is reported.
Keep all three tests and their distinct coverage of timeout phases,
pending transaction resolution, the retry budget, and resource cleanup
after preparation or nonce-recovery failures. Production code is unchanged.
Validation: cargo fmt; cargo check -p magicblock-committor-service --tests;
cargo test -p magicblock-committor-service
timeout_preserves_actions_and_resolves_pending_transactions -- --nocapture.
Replace the result-flattening closure with a match so Clippy does not
reject the existing large IntentExecutorError as a closure result. Keep
the same error classification and cleanup path without boxing errors or
changing their public representation.
Collapse nested timeout and empty-follow-up checks into let chains. Keep
pending-signature resolution before the empty-work check, and preserve
the distinction between failed actions and undelegation failures.

cargo check -p magicblock-committor-service --tests; cargo test -p

Empty resumed follow-ups record the same commit signature twice.
When resume_follow_up gets an empty follow-up, the stage loop returns the existing commit signature without sending a transaction. execute then builds ExecutionOutput::TwoStage with commit_signature and finalize_signature set to the same value. The persisted sent-commit signature vector and CU reporting then count one transaction as two. No second transaction is sent. The defect is limited to the duplicated recorded signatures and CU metrics.
Collapse equal signatures to one entry where the sent-commit record and CU totals are built. Keep the TwoStage result variant.
