Fresh and resumed intents use one executor, sharing result reporting, nonce-cache resets, metrics, and cleanup. Remove the three stage-specific executors.
Resolve pending transactions before rebuilding work and resume confirmed commits from their follow-up. All paths start the callback timeout at execution and collect success metrics, including resumed split execution.
The outbox format and legacy DLP recovery remain unchanged.
The PR replaces three stage-specific intent executors with IntentExecutorImpl. The unified executor handles status-based execution and recovery, while the factory, module declarations, and tests are updated to use it.

The title clearly and concisely describes the primary change: replacing multiple intent executors with one unified implementation.
Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description states that fresh and resumed intents now use one executor that shares result reporting, nonce-cache resets, metrics, and cleanup, and that the three stage-specific executors are removed. It also covers behavior impacts, such as resolving pending transactions before rebuilding work, starting the callback timeout at execution, and keeping the outbox format and legacy DLP recovery unchanged. These points match the file summaries, so the description is related to the changeset.

Preserve the actions-only uniqueness nonce when rebuilding a resumed SingleStage intent.
An actions-only intent receives Some(intent.intent_id) on the fresh path. The resumed SingleStage path derives the nonce only from requires_uniqueness_nonce(&commit_tasks), which does not recognize standalone action tasks. A rejected or expired signature can therefore rebuild a different transaction without the original uniqueness no-op and nonce.
Suggested fix
- let nonce = requires_uniqueness_nonce(&commit_tasks).then_some(intent.intent_id);+ let nonce = (committed_pubkeys.is_empty()+ || requires_uniqueness_nonce(&commit_tasks))+ .then_some(intent.intent_id);

Replace AcceptedIntentExecutor, SingleStageIntentExecutor, and
TwoStageIntentExecutor with one implementation that starts from recorded
outbox progress. Construct it directly in the existing factory while
keeping the engine-facing executor interface and test doubles intact.
Resolve pending signatures before rebuilding work. Report already completed
transactions with their original signatures, preserve the recorded execution
mode when retrying rejected transactions, and build only the follow-up once
a commit is confirmed. Keep the existing metadata lookups, uniqueness
nonces, and legacy DLP finalization recovery.
Share terminal reporting, nonce-cache invalidation, success metrics, and
cleanup across fresh and resumed execution. Start the callback timeout when
execution begins in every path, and collect success metrics for resumed
split execution as well. Move the context's signing authority into cleanup
instead of retaining another keypair copy.
Keep reporting failures as overall execution failures. Invalidate all
committed-account nonces after failure, invalidate only undelegated accounts
after success, and close buffers only after successful completion. Failed
attempts still release ALT reservations without closing reusable buffers.
Reuse the transaction-runner recording fixtures and add one lifecycle
regression covering 17 cases: fresh commit and action-only execution,
confirmed, rejected, expired, and pending transactions, plus preparation,
signature-resolution, and reporting failures. Check prepared work, retained
signatures, notifications, cache invalidation, callbacks, and cleanup policy.
Validated with make fmt, cargo check -p magicblock-committor-service --tests,
and cargo test -p magicblock-committor-service
intent_execution_preserves_recovery_and_completion -- --nocapture.
Closes#1839.
Keep the per-intent uniqueness nonce when rebuilding a rejected or expired action-only transaction after restart. Without it, identical actions from different resumed intents can share a signature when they use the same blockhash.
Compute the replacement nonce once while preserving the execution mode recorded in the outbox. Extend the existing lifecycle matrix with rejected and expired action-only transactions and verify the nonce passed to preparation.
Validation: make fmt; cargo check -p magicblock-committor-service --tests; cargo test -p magicblock-committor-service intent_execution_preserves_recovery_and_completion -- --nocapture; git diff --check.
Reuse the transaction-executor RPC response helper for lifecycle recovery
fixtures, removing repeated response envelopes and parsing code.
Reduce the lifecycle matrix from 19 cases to 13 without removing its
distinct completion and recovery paths:
- Keep expired action-only recovery to check the per-intent nonce, and
rejected combined recovery to check rebuilding commit work.
- Leave pending-then-confirmed polling coverage in the transaction runner's
timeout matrix, which exercises the same pending-signature resolver.
- Keep fresh and follow-up preparation failures; commit-phase cleanup is
also checked by the runner's failure matrix.
- Keep a reporting failure through the common completion handler and
successful reporting after resumed execution.
Retain the assertions for recovered signatures, action uniqueness nonces,
callback results, selective cache invalidation, and resource cleanup.
Production code and dependencies are unchanged.
Validation: cargo fmt; cargo check -p magicblock-committor-service --tests;
cargo test -p magicblock-committor-service

Name the cleanup-record collection used by RecordingPreparator so its
shared field no longer triggers Clippy's type_complexity lint.
Keep the same recorded ALT keys and buffer-cleanup flag, with no changes
to fixture behavior, assertions, or production code.

cargo check -p magicblock-committor-service --tests; cargo test -p
