Merges master into dev, adapting its Magic ATA takeover, committor admission fix, and commit-fee correction to the Engine-backed validator. Dev's removed cloning and execution paths stay removed.
Chainlink merges a Magic ATA's balance and compatible approvals into its delegated eATA projection through conditional Engine materialization. A concurrent local write causes the merge to be recomputed, with at most three attempts. Invalid ATA projections no longer trigger rescue undelegation. The Magic program's instruction set is unchanged.
Ephemeral resize and close now require RENT_FUNDED metadata, set only when creation charges the full rent deposit. Confined accounts remain Magic state, but local writability alone no longer grants refunds from the shared vault. Outbox cleanup also runs without a leader-local commit-log entry so replicas apply the same signed account cleanup.
RPC parsing and encoding now share serde_json, replacing Sonic and its deeply nested-input stack overflow without a custom nesting scanner. getMultipleAccounts now enforces the upstream 100-account limit before account preparation.
Pins Engine and its runtime forks to c59e6de823a38d2ceac55c6c08dba2b178573209 from Engine #188. The committor can use spare executors despite a conflicting backlog while keeping admission bounded.
Magic ATAs can become delegated projections without an explicit close. The validator's per-commit charge moves from 100,000 to 1,000,000 lamports, and both sponsored commit variants use the existing allowance. Chainlink's new projection-error variant also requires downstream exhaustive Rust matches to be updated.
Reviewer notes
Depends on Engine #188. Pins RedSuite to 0f5679e4528f63ab04baabb988b79083bc451335 from RedSuite #278, which updates paid-commit accounting, checks automatic empty-overlay takeover, and rejects unfunded ephemeral rent operations. Broader validator-level takeover coverage remains tracked in RedSuite #276.
Full RedSuite execution remains unverified locally because the macOS environment lacks a compatible Yellowstone plugin.
Settlement replay divergence remains tracked separately in #1854.

Walkthrough
The PR updates package versions and dependency pins, changes ATA projection and intent scheduling behavior, revises ephemeral-account and outbox handling, adjusts commit checks, and updates JSON parsing and account-query limits.
Changes: Magic ATA projection takeover
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Resolve the ATA projection layout chainlink/src/chainlink/fetch_cloner/ata_projection.rs
Resolution checks local and remote ATA candidates. A saved Magic layout is used only when every remote candidate is not found.
Claim, route, and merge ATA materialization chainlink/src/chainlink/fetch_cloner/mod.rs, chainlink/src/cloner/*, core/src/token_programs.rs
Eligible projection requests use the ATA-specific materializer. It validates metadata and token data, merges balances and compatible delegate allowances, retries account-change results, and reports invalid projections.
Intent execution admission
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Admission, scheduler draining, and tests committor/src/intent_engine/intent_execution_engine.rs, committor/src/intent_engine/intent_execution_engine/admission_tests.rs
The engine applies capacity-dependent blocked-intent limits, drains eligible work, yields after scheduling batches, and reevaluates admission after capacity notifications. Tests cover admission boundaries, independent work, dependency order, and retry admission.
Ephemeral-account funding and validation
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Set, validate, and clear rent funding programs/magic-program/src/ephemeral_accounts/*
Creation sets the rent-funded flag, existing-account validation requires it, and close clears it.
Scheduled commit cleanup
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Allow cleanup without local commit data programs/magic-program/src/outbox_intent/process_scheduled_commit_sent.rs
The handler continues cleanup when local commit data is absent. Tests cover cleanup with and without a local entry.
Commit fee and limit handling
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Fee and no-vault commit-limit checks core/src/intent/mod.rs, programs/magic-program/src/intent_bundles/schedule/process_schedule_intent_bundle.rs
The commit fee increases to 1,000,000 lamports and the limit remains 25. When no fee vault is available, limit checks include commit and commit-finalize accounts.
JSON crate and request handling
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Aperture request parsing and JSON errors aperture/src/requests/*, aperture/src/server/*, aperture/src/error.rs, aperture/tests/*
Aperture stores request parameters as vectors of JSON values and deserializes parameters through serde. HTTP parse errors are mapped explicitly. Tests cover request IDs and nested input.
Move JSON consumers to the workspace crate Cargo.toml, aperture/src/*, bins/validator-tui/*, rpc-client/*, bins/magicblock/src/monitor.rs
JSON traits, values, and macros are imported from serde or the workspace JSON crate as appropriate. Request parameter storage changes to Option<Vec<Value>>.
Multiple-account query limit
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Enforce and test the query limit aperture/src/requests/http/get_multiple_accounts.rs, aperture/tests/accounts.rs
The handler rejects requests above MAX_MULTIPLE_ACCOUNTS with invalid params. Tests cover requests at the maximum and one above it.
Package versions and dependency pins
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Version and dependency updates .github/packages/npm-package/*, Cargo.toml, .github/actions/run-redsuite/action.yml
Package versions change to 1.1.1, engine dependencies use a new revision, and the RedSuite checkout changes to 3.1.0.

Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
The PR addresses both active linked coding requirements. For #1855, validate_existing_ephemeral now requires AccountMode::Magic and StateFlags::RENT_FUNDED. CreateEphemeralAccount sets RENT_FUNDED after creation. Close clears the flag. The shared validation path therefore rejects confined Magic accounts without a funded ephemeral deposit for close and resize. For #1845, getMultipleAccounts rejects more than MAX_MULTIPLE_ACCOUNTS, which is the upstream 100-key limit. The aperture tests cover the limit and the over-limit invalid-params response before account preparation.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The PR includes changes beyond the two directly linked issues, including Engine and RedSuite pins, ATA projection materialization, committor admission, commit fees, outbox cleanup, JSON parsing, and package updates. The current PR description and objectives explicitly include these changes as part of the master-to-dev merge and its stated validator updates. The summaries also show supporting tests for the linked issue behavior. No concrete unrelated change is established.
