chore(release): prepare EVHardware 1.14.0

Minor rather than patch: WeatherConditions and ConditionGroup.AUDIO are new,
and KEY_WEATHER_TEXT is gone — but no caller outside the catalogue read that
key, and the app that did is released with it.
