Add portable build option

Some users may prefer a portable Windows build that can be extracted and run without a full installer.

This could be useful for repair desks, field support, office troubleshooting, or temporary usage on Windows machines where users do not want to install a full desktop application.

Goal

Investigate and document a portable build option for Wirebound.

Checklist

• Check whether the current build setup can generate a portable package
• Make sure required runtime files are included
• Make sure the portable version can run from a normal folder
• Document any limitations
• Add clear instructions for users
• Compare installer build vs portable build

Notes

The portable package should stay simple. It should not require users to manually move many files or run terminal commands.
