CUE/IO records Art-Net/DMX with optional synchronized audio, then runs the show without a lighting console. Playback can be controlled manually or triggered by incoming LTC, schedules, GPIO, playlists, or autoplay. The responsive control interface runs in a browser on the local network.
CUE/IO is commercial, proprietary software. The Raspberry Pi, microSD card, power supply, audio interface, and other hardware are not included.
The interactive demo uses simulated data and does not connect to a Raspberry Pi or send real Art-Net. It is the quickest way to explore the workflow before installing the product.

- works offline after the one-time online licence activation;
- provides English and Latvian interfaces for desktop and mobile browsers.
RECORD, TIMECODE, and PLAYER are exclusive operating modes: only one owns the real-time hardware resources at a time.
The official compressed Raspberry Pi image may be downloaded publicly from the latest GitHub Release. Every release should include the .img.xz file, a SHA-256 checksum, release notes, and image metadata.
- Download the image and its checksum from the same release.
- Verify the checksum.
- Write the
.img.xzfile to a microSD card with Raspberry Pi Imager. - Start the Pi, open
http://cueio.local/on the same local network, and complete setup. - Buy a licence and activate the device under Settings → License.
The image can be downloaded and written before purchase, but a paid CUE/IO activation is required to start RECORD, TIMECODE, or PLAYER. One licence activates one physical Raspberry Pi. Public availability of the image does not make the software open source.

CUE/IO's operator interface does not provide general multi-user authentication. Use it only on a trusted, isolated local control LAN or the device's configured fallback Wi-Fi. Never expose it with a public port-forward.
LTC support is receive-only: CUE/IO listens to an LTC audio signal through a compatible audio input. It does not generate or transmit LTC. sACN support remains experimental and must not be treated as a complete or safety-critical E1.31 implementation.
