I was trying to generate all paper figures by running run_it_all.py, but the script indicates that the following file is missing: pnet_prostate_paper/_database/pathways/pathways_short_names.xlsx, yet I already downloaded and renamed the data files. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this issue. Thanks!
