Hi, I think it could be, but the reinforcement learning method in machine learning can be considered as the starting point of motor speed control if you are doing this with some motor speed or position sensors or sensorless approaches. Hope this helps.

The thing is that i could generate rated speed but if i want to control the speed i had to control constant Ke at the speed i want to generate. So i will try to make all output zero to 1 by using sigmoid function(or something else..) Best wishes Juwon

A good way to tackle this is to separate the speed reference problem from the disturbance rejection problem. Check whether your controller is saturating or whether the speed reference is not reachable because of motor voltage/current limits; in Simulink, look at the actuator limits, Saturation blocks, and the response from your speed controller to see if the command is being clipped.

For an ideal motor model, you can still add realistic constraints gradually:

• start with a simple first-order speed plant and verify the reference tracking,
• then add load torque disturbance,
• then include current/voltage limits and inertia/friction,
• finally tune the controller or try pidtune, PID Controller, or Model Predictive Control Toolbox if constraints dominate.

If you want, share the speed response plot and controller structure, and I can suggest which part of the loop is likely causing the mismatch.
