Move image diff check to standalone GH actions workflow

After #130, it would be good to have the image diff check as a standalone GH actions run that is labelled/named as such, so it's obvious which run to click on to check the image diffs.

Note, I don't think it needs to be a whole separate workflow, just a separate job in the workflow.
