BREAKING CHANGES

• construct check now fails a --level complex SRD whose acceptance criteria, interface contracts, success metrics or assumptions still carry the renderer's scaffold. An SRD that passed before will fail until those are authored — which is the point: they were never reviewed. Render at --level light, or author the criteria (references/requirements-rubric.md), to restore a green gate.
• evidence ids are no longer positional. A run whose dossier was built before 3.0 has no evidence/ids.json; the first research re-run creates one and may renumber once, after which ids are stable. Re-check citations after that first re-run. FR.unresolved and SRD.coverage (both dead — the latter documented as "filled by check", which never happened) are removed from SRD.json.
