Follow-up to #146 from running the public idtracker.ai datasets through the CLI (handoff:
docs/tracker-formats/HANDOFF_idtrackerai_real_dataset_run.md).add --option fps/width_px/height_pxnow works for idtracker.ai. The reader'sDetectioncarried no parameters, so the CLI and the confirm dialog rejected the options fix(idtrackerai): CSV without time column, probability shape check, video-info options #146 added (READER_OPTION_INVALID ... is not an option of this reader).add --allow-picklesetssecurity.allow_pickle_trajectorieson the project and warns that the file executes code on load. Without the flag nothing changes.validateprobes every session (Engine.session_read_issues) and reports whatrunwould fail on (missing video size or frame rate, pickle without consent), also when no metric is selected. The GUI pre-flight is unchanged.Verified end to end with only documented flags (no hand-edited project file) on the movement-data h5, the synthetic no-fps CSV and the MoveR pickled dict:
