docs/METRICS_SPEC.mdand the in-appMetricDocumentationfor IL-15, IL-16 and IL-17: native z is cleaned like x and y and bounded by the water column; IL-15 on a fused session counts the side view's own samples;none:no_water_columntoken.docs/dev/DECISIONS.md: new D-044 recording the review decisions (water column bounds z, z exported, flagged depth, GL-16 keeps complete-case and discloses it, upside-down side view, vertical-axis rule, right-handed plane) and what was deliberately not changed (n_frames, cache key). D-043 is left as written; D-044 says where it amends it.Test plan
