Drop the decorative band above the research section

The band was a full-bleed micrograph sitting between About and Research with
no caption and no relationship to either. Every other image on the site earns
its place by explaining something; that one was filler, and no crop or height
fixes an image that has no reason to be on the page.

Header1.webp is untracked again rather than sitting unused in the repo. The
file is still in images/ if it should go back with a caption of its own.
