Der Entwurf des JARDIN MDS sieht — optional, falls relevant — die Erfassung von prä-/perinatalen Informationen vor, z. B. vor Geburt diagnostizierte Fehlbildungen, Gestationsalter, Geburtsgewicht/-größe, Mehrlingsschwangerschaften etc. Werden diese Informationen bereits strukturiert im MII KDS Modul SE oder einem angebundenen Modul abgebildet?

Task: Abklären, ob prä-/perinatale Informationen bereits (in angebundenen Modulen) abgebildet sind; ggf. ergänzen.
