annotations not linked to an activity are missing in MDL #1731

I have this microflow:

Note1 is completely missing.

My suggestion is to move all annotation definitions (incl. its size and position) to the start of the describe microflow, and then use @annotation as decorator for an activity to link an activity to an annotation.
The only thing that then has to be solved is that annotations can be linked as well, and even multiple links are allowed. See example above for everything that is possible related to annotations.
