Fix/Overhaul batchSim.py

This one can be assigned to me as well. I've neglected batchSim.py and focused on the library modules and loraMesh.py, so right now I think batchSim.py is simply broken. The same is true for lib/interactive.py

Just wanting to make sure this is taken care of later and not forgotten about.

I've spent more time keeping both batchSim.py and lib/interactive.py functional, this is probably closeable. I feel that batchSim.py is pretty close to loraMesh.py since it shares a good bit of functionality and refactors can more naturally be done there while I'm working on them elsewhere. But lib/interactive.py and interactiveSim.py are both things I want to mostly leave alone and not spend time on, outside of just not breaking them.

Cool! Much better now that most duplicated code is removed from batchSim.py and it's mostly just looping through multiple simulations.

My original idea was to use the simulator to test the hypothesis that having a mixture of portable nodes with compromised antennas and higher solar nodes with higher gain antennas would wind up with many sub-optimal paths being taken for messages, and I wanted to see if I could get numbers for that. Looking at the code I thought it would be a bit difficult to just do that and went down a bit of a refactoring rabbit hole, because might as well contribute improvements back to the codebase if I was going to be making big enough changes. I also saw the stale PR and wanted to bring some of those improvements in rather than just let them sit. I'll go leave some general thoughts on this in the discussion issue I have open
