docs: mark this fork deprecated in favor of mcp-meta-ads-incrementality (#4)
drak-stack-monorepo work should target mharnett/mcp-meta-ads-incrementality going forward; this fork stays only until its two confirmed capability gaps (image/video library listing, asset_customization_rules/placement-specific creative in create_ad_creative) are closed there. Test-first: added a README-content test asserting the notice, replacement repo name, and both gaps are present before the title/TOC boundary. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
