FileTagger is a standalone Windows tool for bulk-renaming files and flattening folder structures. It is useful for organizing large sets of photos, documents, or any other files by applying consistent, customizable suffix patterns such as year, custom text, parent-folder name, or sequential numbers.

Settings

• Saved automatically if you choose. Includes suffix setup, year overrides, numbering mode, and omitted subfolders.

• Internet check on startup (if no connection or update server unavailable, the program closes).
