Summary

Fixes #2041.

  • Add esp32s3 to the default platform list in extras/library_generation/library_generation.sh.
  • Reuse the existing ESP32-S3 build configuration.
  • Preserve explicit -p esp32 and -p esp32s3 selection.
  • Add the contributor identity to NOTICE as required by the contribution guidelines.

Validation

Passed:

  • Bash syntax check on the platform-selection block.
  • Default selection includes ESP32 and ESP32-S3.
  • Explicit ESP32 selection remains unchanged.
  • Explicit ESP32-S3 selection works.

Not tested: Full Docker/ROS cross-compilation and physical hardware. These require additional verification.

Both commits include DCO sign-off.

Add esp32s3 to the default platform set so ordinary library-generation
runs produce the target already supported by the explicit build path.
Explicit -p target selection remains unchanged.
