[vMode][VM Conversion] - Pre-Check Failed Visual C++

Precheck failed while attempting to Sync

But I have installed

I go to VM Conversion and conenct to vCenter it brings up list of VM's I check mark one and click sync and get the error

I'm pretty sure the VDDK needs the 2013 redistributable specifically and WAC also needs the 2015-2022 Visual C++ redistributable. The error mentioning it needing either is probably something that could be reworded

Thank you I have gotten past that but the VDDK page for downloads is missing any idea where I can get it?

This is locked behind Broadcom's Broadcoms Support Support Portal and needs an account to login, not sure if it requires an active contract to download it but may not however once you find its download page you will need VDDK 8.0.3. Extract it (I ended up using 7zip to so this as the windows tool gave me problems with this file specifically but could just be my issue) and place it in C:\Program Files\WindowsAdminCenter\Service\VDDK

The VDDK links found online seem to have been removed. Its been a while sinced I checked and most of their other downloads live in the support portal but there I bunch of their SDKs live in the developer portal I see but I am not sure if they hide the VDDK or older versions of it behind an active contract. If you do have a contract they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Thank you for all the help. I found a co-worker that actually had that version. Copied it and everything is working great.
